Privacy Policy - FarahLand
1. Information we do not collect
FarahLand has no sign-up, no login and no user profile. The app does not collect or transmit any of the following:
- Names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers or postal addresses
- Photographs, contacts, calendar entries or files
- Precise or approximate location
- Voice recordings - the app speaks, it never listens
- The Android advertising identifier (AD_ID). The permission is explicitly removed from the application manifest.
2. Information stored on the device only
To let a child continue where they stopped, the app saves a small amount of data in the device's local storage:
- the chosen interface language
- sound and music switches, and the letters selected by a parent
- colourings in progress, saved as images on the device
This data never leaves the device, is not readable by us, and disappears completely when the app is uninstalled.
3. Advertising
FarahLand displays advertising supplied by Google AdMob. Advertising is deliberately limited: at most three full-screen advertisements in a session, never during an activity, and never before a child has finished at least two activities. At least eight minutes separate one advertisement from the next, and none appears in the first four minutes of a session. There are no banners..
Because the app is directed to children, every advertising request is sent with the following settings:
- Child-directed treatment: enabled, as defined by the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
- Under the age of consent: enabled, as defined by the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- Non-personalised advertising only: no interest-based profiling and no remarketing
- Maximum content rating: G - suitable for all ages

4. Children's privacy
The app is designed to comply with the Google Play Families policy, with COPPA, and with the GDPR provisions covering children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child. If you believe that any personal information reached us despite the above, write to quizzy.quest.planet@gmail.com and it will be deleted.
5. Permissions
FarahLand requests internet access for one purpose only: to load advertisements. All games, sounds and drawings work with no connection at all. The advertising identifier permission is removed.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent or share user data, because we do not hold any.
7. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version is published at this same address and the effective date above is updated.
